Rigging

Competence in rigging design, installing overhead infrastructure for the purposes of entertainment equipment and leading the accent of lifting structures into place, I have a background for applying points into buildings such as Theatres, Stadiums, Arenas, Outdoor Stages and Hotels, using manual or motorised lifting equipment and completing necessary loading calculations for the intended structure. I enjoy new challenges that is involved within rigging, to provide a point of access for a creative to apply their idea into the space using overhead temporary infrastructure. When working within rigging I have a critical eye for detail to make sure the tension within the system is distributed properly and no strain has been applied unknowingly during the install via a team member. I can apply all necessary safety precautions such as secondary points of attachments, over-rated (SWL/WLL) infrastructure and secondary visual inspections from another individual.
