Production Electrician

As my event and theatrical work has upscaled over previous years I have taken on roles such as Lead Production Electrician, Dimmer Technician and Senior Person Responsible for the Temporary Electrical Systems. Having knowledge within BS7909, cable routing around event spaces & theatre environments and how to implement electrical systems for Lighting, Video, Automation and Sound Appliances I understand the requirements for the power supplies and distribution for this industry. I can install and maintain the electrical systems, complete the necessary prior planning and create documentation which shows load calculations, risk assessments/management and system diagrams. Having a background in theatre, I enjoy challenges to make electrical practical's, automated scenography and adding LED Tape into the crevasses within the set. However I have also experienced Live Event settings for electrical systems, having Hot & Dim Soca's routed throughout the infrastructure.
